Shipping and deliveries
TEMPORARY NOTE: ALL ORDERS PLACED AFTER DECEMBER 23 WILL BE SHIPPED FROM JANUARY 3 IN ORDER OF COME.
Our shipments are made Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. GMT+1.
You will receive an email with your shipping number as soon as the label is printed and ready to ship. This information may take some time to be available.
Once your purchase has been sent from ATELIER FERRER CHANNEL , the status of your order will be available on the website of our parcel service. We will be happy to provide you with information in case any type of doubt arises.
If your shipment does not arrive within 72 hours, please let us know as soon as you know, so that we can solve this incident without delay.
Some straps may take a couple of days longer, as we make them to order. This is the case of custom, cordovan, buttero and exotic straps. It may be that we have some in stock and therefore it will go out in the first 24-48 hours. but we usually do them at the time of ordering.
Do you make international shipments?
ATELIER FERRER CHANNEL sends to any part of the world with different rates. In Europe and the USA we make shipments at a reduced cost.
Shipments outside the European Union that entail additional shipping costs must be paid by the end customer in any of the cases and they will always be their responsibility. In the same way, the client must take charge of any existing problem in customs or international control offices.
Can I choose a shipping address other than my own home?
Of course. You can specify the shipping address that suits you. You can even use a shipping address other than the billing address.
What kind of shipping methods do you use?
We have ordinary mail and express mail. In Spain our logistics provider is NACEX. For international shipments we work with UPS, DHL and FEDEX.
How long will it take for the shipment to reach me?
For Spain, the products will arrive from 2 to 4 days. In the event that there is a weekend in between, the delivery can be extended by 1 or 2 more days. In the event that the strap has to be manufactured due to lack of stock, it may take a few more days.
For shipments within the European Union, delivery will be made within a period of 3 to 7 days from the departure of the product from the ATELIER FERRER CHANNEL premises.
For shipments outside the European Union, shipments will be received from 3 to 8 days, depending on the problems that can be found in customs and the relevant processes of each country.
Please remember that international shipments (outside the EU) may entail additional costs (customs; or before international control dispatches) that must be paid by the buyer at destination.
In any case, the referred deadlines could suffer alterations (delay) for reasons beyond the control of ATELIER FERRER CHANNEL -eg. transport strikes, land or air, or other types of unavoidable eventualities-, as well as, exceptionally, due to incidents that delay the delivery of our products in relevant campaigns during which logistics providers -transport services- may find themselves overwhelmed (eg eg Christmas, Black Friday…). Although at ATELIER FERRER CHANNEL we do everything possible to anticipate and avoid this type of situation, if they did occur, we trust you will understand the situation.
Return and exchange policy
Shipping costs are not refundable.
Items must be returned within 14 calendar days following the day in which the customer communicated his intention to return his purchase (withdrawal). In any case, the items must be in perfect condition and have no sign of use. In the same way, the client must pack them carefully to ensure that they will return to ATELIER FERRER CHANNEL in perfect condition, otherwise, their return will be rejected.
To change any item it is necessary to previously contact our customer service team to assess the problem caused.
[EXCEPTION] Custom straps : We do not accept returns on straps that are outside the online catalog of this website. The client is responsible for the erroneous communication of the measures or characteristics in the strap as it is ordered. In the event that the error is ours, obviously the return or replacement of a strap will be allowed with the indications marked by the client.
How can I process my return?
If you wish to return a product purchased through our online store, you should always contact our Customer Service department by email email@example.com . They will indicate the steps that you must follow throughout the process, once you indicate your intention to return a product in writing addressed to said e-address, by forwarding the email you received in confirmation of your purchase.
